2. What we can help with
- Ticket purchase, missing ticket number or confirmation email.
- Duplicate or incorrect payment.
- MaaMadurai promotional entry or QR/code claim.
- Prize, draw, winner verification, collection or delivery.
- Privacy, personal-information or security concerns.
- Questions about the Terms & Conditions or Refund & Payment Policy.
- Complaints about raffle administration, advertising or fairness.
3. Response time
The Club aims to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within 2-3 business days where practical. Urgent payment, ticket-integrity, privacy/security or draw-related issues will be prioritised. Response times may be longer where investigation or third-party information is required.
4. Information to include
To help the Club investigate, include your full name, email address used for the entry, mobile number, approximate transaction or claim time, amount paid (if applicable), and any order/ticket reference available.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords or identity documents by ordinary email. If identity evidence is genuinely required, the Club will provide an appropriate method for supplying it.
5. Complaints process
Complaints should first be sent to secretary.gtccc@gmail.com. The Club will investigate reasonably and in good faith, review relevant payment, ticket, claim, draw and audit records, and provide an outcome or request further information where needed.
Where appropriate, a complaint may be escalated internally to a Club officer who was not the primary decision-maker on the disputed matter.
6. External rights
Using the Club’s complaints process does not prevent a participant from exercising any complaint, regulatory, consumer or legal right available under applicable law, including contacting an appropriate NSW regulator where relevant.
